If you are ready to invest in your practice and yourself, than you may be ready for private coaching - or lessons tailored directly to meet your needs and your interests. I love to work with people individually and to use yoga to dynamically solve challenges in our lives. Yoga is a very effective change agent, and works to help restore our energy and shift our movement and thought patterns, making room for growth. There is no prerequisite for private lessons or "coaching." Some students may choose to do a few private lessons then enter into a group class, and others continue the coaching sessions to stay on top of their physical and mental health. If you have a chronic illness or injury, or specific health concerns you would like to address, private coaching is a great place to start. I look forward to helping you develop the strength and confidence you need to get to where you want to be!
